Our
Team
Jessica Polanski
With almost a decade of experience in the land development industry, Jessica leads Chromatic’s acquisition, management, and strategic affairs. She oversees the development portfolio and sources and manages acquisitions and financings. She has experience managing the firm’s residential and commercial tenancies. Her responsibilities include co-managing the company’s
financial data and monitoring the development process to maximize asset value. She
also serves on the Board of Directors for the WoodGreen Foundation. Jessica is a proud graduate from the University of Ottawa.
Stefano Tognarelli
Backed by over 25 years of experience in the development and construction industry, Stefano has successfully delivered multiple mixed used residential projects and currently manages many facets of Chromatic’s development portfolio. With extensive expertise and leadership skills, he provides solid direction and guidance to the overall strategic direction of Chromatic. Stefano is on-the-ground with many facets of the business, including acquisition, architectural design, planning and delivery of the development projects. He strongly believes that successful project and construction management is born out of building strong connections with top industry consultants and trade professionals.
Barbara McQuillan
Barbara has been with Castlepoint for over fifteen years. She is responsible for managing the day-to-day accounting functions for the firm’s low-rise portfolio and approaches her work with competence and care.
Paula Tognarelli
After decades in the industry, Paula’s passionate and meticulous approach to accounting sets her apart. Paula looks after the day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping functions for Chromatic’s high-rise portfolio.
